Baby age 4 month. Baby din mein aik dafa stool pass krta tha lekin ab kuch dinon se hr feed k baad thora sa stool pass kr raha hai aor us mein mucus bhi hota hai aor thora watery hota hai. Baby combination feed hai. Waisay baby ko stomach mein dard nahi hai aor sari activities normally kr raha hai bs thora sa fussy hua va hai. Kya ye concern ki baat hai ya teething symptoms hain
