Talk to Pediatrician on Stomach Issue

Assalam o alaikum. Can u please post this anonymously. I have a 4 year daughter mashaAllah. Problem is uski potty area se smell ati hai aur itni strong smell hoti hai k usne jo bhi trousers ya pants pehni hoti hain unka bhi wo area smell krne lg jata hai. Although I wash her with soap whenever she goes to washroom but still smell ati hai. Kuch days pehle bhi ati thi phr band hogae ajkal phr aney lagi hai. Any idea what could be the reason of this smell? She is complaining of stomach pain also since last two days but eating normally.
