U can use any formula which ever u like though breast milk is the best for babies. If for some reason u have not given breast milk then can use any formula won’t proper dilution
better to give mother feed but due to certain issue if mother feed is not sufficient then you can give any formula milk with proper dilution or use in boil water,sterilize feeder properly still persist then consult with child specialist
