Talk to Pediatrician on Teething Issue Or Headache

My 22 month baby girl is complaining of headache on right side of head 1 or 2 times in a month .. overall she is active and healthy MashAllah No other issue .. she is in teething phase sometimes ear itching and gum pain occurs but I am worry about this head pain is this due to teething or Should I get proper checkup .. Whenever this occurs she just points her hand towards her head and says mommy this momy this and then gets normal she doesnot cry while describing this and she sleeps well …
