Talk to Pediatrician on Throat Thrush

One year old has coughed yesterday only 2 times after that i have noticed his voice has changed. Like jasy gala kharab huta ha. He was already not taking orally anthing properly from 4-5 days and uncomfortable to take mother feed too. Now, today he has developed fever 99.5 and his tongue is white.. I have tried to clean it with silicon finger brush it's not clearing. It seems like oral thrush. Even the throat has this white thing too.
Irritable and uncomfortable.
