Talk to Pediatrician on Toddler Constipation

My 2 years & one month daughter is having constipation, also she passed stool after about 3 days and with very much difficulty. she was very much upset while passing the stool and crying too. The stool was very hard too, now again it's been 2 days and she didn't have any yet. Though she is eating normally and all fine but she used to pass stool daily a week before. Kindly suggest any remedy or Advice any medicine. Thanks in Advance!
Which kind of food you are giving mostly? Use vegetables and fruits in access. If you are giving any formula milk please change it. Send complete details.
Ok then use Drop. Skilyx 5 drops twice a day and plenty of vegetable as you are giving. Otherwise consult a doctor near to you.
Increase water intake. Take fruits. Increase cereals like wheat in diet. If improved ok. Otherwise show to child specialist

Food intake , mostly vegetables fruits, Yakhni etc. with Nido 1+. She is a twin daugther. The other one is Alhamdolillah quite fine.
