You should not be using Novidat. Consult a paediatrician and focus on building the patient's Hb.
In 4 years wt should be 16kg.
Start to give Syp. Flgyl 3/4tsf 8hourly.
Syp. Lysovit 1tsf 12hourly.
Zental suspension 2tsf in night single dose.
