this is a 1.8 months old child with initially the complain of coughing than after prescription from a local clinic the antibiotic was azitma, and other medicines were lorades, bronchial syrup, calpol as the child has high temperature, nurismic. medicine. but it seems that there is no improvement instead the child is getting worse, breathing heavily with the chest up and down at a fast pace, not wanting any food, eyes are becoming smaller , high fever and coughing. not even eating anything and behaving as if she is about to faint. what is this any other suitable medicine that you can suggest. please respond urgently as the child is not well. please help or suggest any good paediatrician that sits on sundays also in karachi. it is an emergency.

Your child needs oxygen and other medication. Don't give her anything by mouth as there is a risk of aspiration if she is breathing fast. Go to the emergency of any nearby hospital.

Ghar me aur koi nayi medicine shuru na karein.
Apne baby ko foran nearest hospital emergency le kar jayein (Karachi me Civil Hospital, NICVD, Indus Hospital, Agha Khan Emergency, Liaquat National sab Sunday ko emergency services dete hain).
Delay bohot dangerous ho sakta hai.
Bachay ko doctor ke physical exam aur shayad oxygen / IV antibiotics ki zarurat hai.
