My 8 month old son is vomiting since night with green loose potty repeatedly. He’s also resisting feed (on mother’s feed) feels a little temperature as well. Should I take him to doctor with COVID situation or stay at home plz suggest.

Yes you should take the child to the doctor so that he is treated in initial stage of disease rather than in advance stage with more risk of COVID.
