don't apply oil. just wash with water and mild baby soap.
don't overuse pamper , if she still wears them.
increase fluids intake.
try syp zentel 2 tsf once only
if not improving, give sample of urine for test, which is urine routine analysis ( to look for infection) at a well reputed laboratory
Give her bath daily and maintain hygiene.
Wipe stool from front to back of the private part of baby.
Syp. Zentel 2 spoon once only.
Do urine test... Urine d/r
If the condition persists or the baby develops fever and vomiting too then do Ultrasound abdomen
Send her urine sample for testing. Dry the area gently with tissue after every wash with water.
