Talk to Pediatrician on Vaccination Information

Asalamoalikum. I have a short query about penta vaccine. My son is now 5 month old Masha'Allah and had his 4th month vaccination due on 16th March which we complied to. He was given IPV,OPV and PCVIO , the vaccinator asked us to shift the Penta-Vaccine(3rd Dose) to next month i.e 16th April. Now looking at the covid-19 situation in Rwp/Islamabad most of the hospitals have stopped the vaccinations. I was thinking of buying this penta vaccine from a medical store and have it injected to my son from a doctor in my family. Is the vaccine commonly available? If you can guide my regarding the brand and exact name of the penta vaccine, it would be very kind of you. Thankyou
