Talk to Pediatrician on Vaccination Pain

My 1.5 month daughter having severe pain in leg after vaccination on thighs i gave panadol drops and icing but no use kindly suggest me any pain killer because she cant sleep due to pain when ever she moves her leg she cries excessively
