Talk to Pediatrician on Vomit & Fever

From last two day's she had fever off & on Firstly we give her panadol.meanwhile she had two vomits,one is tomarrow and next is this morning while having her cirelac so plz suggest me that which madicen I should give her & the precution.one more thing is she had one motion almost two days ago.thanks
