Asking for Other, Male, 0.25 years old, Islamabad
My 2.5 old baby having watery stool .number of diett diapers is same which he normllly have just the texture become watery kindly guide wht to do baby is on also spits milk some time thick curd likewith a v sour smell why is it plz guide.. thanks

Multiple softer stools a day can be normal in breast fed babies.
However, if any watery stools then baby needs to be clinically assessed by an experienced Paediatrician.
