I am asking this question for my nephew, He is 1 month old when he born Mash Allah he was completely healthy, but since last 2 weeks he have motion sickness which is causing weakness and now he is being consult by Child doctor. He is not getting better despite all prescription. I wanted to ask what else we can do to get him better.

first try to give your Brest feed and try to drink more liquid and take some milk like bf mama so that mother milk become enough. for time being she need to introduce lactose free formula NL-33 milk and zinc syp half tsf once a day. make milk a little bit dilute than normal and give same milk or mm after each loose motion. it seems to be nutritional diarrhea so milk modification or total mm is crucial. As antibiotic is given so no need of further antibiotics. need consultation for proper nutritional counseling of mother.
