Get his blood test done , CBC and Iron profile. Send me report and then I will discuss further
2 months k liay syp jari rake apetite ajai ga. agar pir bi issue hwa to investigation krein ge kuch. Proper feeding history lengy ur kuch test krwaengy specially CBc, iron and ferritin ur thyroxine level blood me.
3 months tak continue karein and add syp vidaylin m as well. then check weight.
Weight is bad, little bit less.
Give Vit.D drops 2drops daily.
Start to give him, Banana, Boil Egg, Yogurt, Chicken, Mutton, Channa etc
It will gain the weight.
No roll of Syp. Trimetabol.
