I need help from peditrician. my son is 1 year old but his weight is 6 kg i went to dr .he prescribed me siron syrup.but i couldnt find anywhere then pharmacy guy gave me feglobin and said it is better than siron. shall i give it to my baby?
Ur baby is underweight.. having 3rd degree malnutrition.. he needs iron plus supplements . feglobin is not iron actually but u can give it along with iron for one month at least then continue iron for another 2 months.. for iron u can use Syrup Maltofer, Bisleri or Syrup Ferosoft ..

Gradually decrease his milk intake and encourage solid foods, fruits, vegetables etc.
The child needs to be evaluated by a pediatrician
