My 3.5 month old baby have fever nose block and little bit cough I gave her panadol every 4 hours can I give her zyrtec syrup please suggest

Its most probably viral infection due to seasonal change and may take up to 1 week for response. You may give zyrtec 1/4 tsf 2 times a day and Norsaline p drops 1 drop each side of nose 4 times a day. Try to keep clean from inside for proper breathing.
