You are feeling pain and discomfort in your elbow, so first take rest and avoid lifting or overuse. Apply ice for 10–15 minutes to reduce pain. If needed, use an elbow strap for support. Start gentle stretching only if pain allows, and if pain continues, visit a physiotherapist for proper assessment.

I'd recommend exploring alternative relief options beyond medication. For breastfeeding mothers, consider trying gentle stretches, heat or cold therapy to relax your muscles. Posture correction and baby-carrying techniques can also help alleviate strain. Try self-care tips like gentle arm circles, shoulder rolls, and neck stretches. Prioritize your own well-being to ensure you can care for your little one comfortably.
You can consult online for alterations options which will provide you long term support and relief.
