Talk to Psychiatry on Head Tremors And Lips Trembling

Asking For Self, Male 24, Abbottabad I suddenly stopped Antipsychotic (Zedan), Flux (SSRI), ALP in 2017 after week of use. Since then i had these trembling issues but not as much as i have now. I have head trembling issues get more pronounced when sitting straight in chair and also in social situations with neck/shoulder pressure but they are not always there (non rythmic). Also i have pressure in lips nd lips trembling when smiling. Also i have some somatic symptoms like earth moving and stuff when walking. I went to neurologist he had MRI w contrast done now he says these are functional issues. He prescribed me SSRI (Paraxyl) 20 mg. I am scared of taking these SSRI. Any clue if the diagnosis is correct? Thanks.
