1st I feel needling in whole body in winter specially when I am sleeping in blanket or go to sun or get emotional (angry or stressed) or even walk or lift something 2nd erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation for many years 3rd hand and feet burn in summer and whole body needling in winter 4th have some tests and found increased ALT and AST levels 5th stomach mostly feel like filled with Air like bloating and feel like balloon filled with Air
