my mind has shifted into thinking about everything since I turned 15 , since then until now my mind keeps thinking about everything negative side and not thinking about any positive thing, it makes me so sad, my mood is mostly off and I'm in thoughts even when I'm talking to someone my mind is in other thoughts and because of that I'm unable to communicate with them properly and my mood is mostly off I don't feel like meeting anyone and talking to them . could you kindly help me what's the problem with me
Either ur thoughts or ur behaviour, if u it repeatedly they become the part of ur personality and occur as reflex. Mean u dont have to do any effort for them and they come automatically. Of course if ur thoughts are negitive ur feelings will be negitive and ur behaviour will be negitive.
