ASALMOALIKUM
they are 3 different medicines
Flagyl is antibiotic for tummy bugs
Inoquin is another antibiotic to treat urinary and respiratory bugs
zinc is to cover zinc deficiency
I hope some specialist or consultant must have given these prescriptions to you these antibiotics as they are way too much in 2 months old child...
hope for speedy recovery

Zinc supplementation is recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF for the management of acute diarrhea in children, especially in low- and middle-income countries, as it may help reduce the duration and severity of illness.

It is important to note that zinc is generally advised for children aged 6 months and above and is not routinely used in very young infants, such as a 2-month-old baby, unless assessed by a pediatrician.

Medicines like ciprofloxacin are usually avoided in young infants, and metronidazole (Flagyl) is not commonly required for simple acute diarrhea in this age group. Any medication in a young baby should only be given after proper medical evaluation.

In a 2-month-old infant with diarrhea, clinical assessment is important to evaluate hydration, feeding, and the possible cause of symptoms. Avoid giving medicines without medical advice.

For proper evaluation and guidance, a pediatric consultation is advised.
