For Constipation take Syp.Duphalac 1measuring scoop 2times a day.
Take Ispaghol husk 2TSF in half glass luke warm water 3times aday.
Take diet rich in fiber like ladyfinger, cucumber, kiwi fruit,papaya,apples and oranges.Do regular exercise and walk for 30minutes daily before meals.
