Talk to Neuro Physician on Migraine Prophylaxis

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Female, 28 Years old, Bahawalpur

I’ve been having many episodes of migraine (15+ days in a month) triggered by stress especially academic stress. It includes headache with nausea and extreme sensitivity to light and sound. So I take sumatriptan and naproxen and it gets better but now I need something for prophylaxis. I’m confused between topiramate, propanolol and valporate. Which drug is better and dosage?
