Last night I slept near the window it was very cold .my body was covered with face was out of the time I woke up and I had itchy Throat. feeling feverish .pain in legs .and very itchy Throat.
I think better to start with some gargles, bed rest and plenty of fluids.... for body aches just paracetamol 1000mg would be enough, may take three times a day. If the complaint worsens then plz consult some ENt surgeon.
