Meri nose band ni hoti pr feel hta nose block h right side he. R ajeeb c smell ati aksr mjy. CT scan hua Lakin kuch show ni hua anca negitve. Sephlic neg. Chest xray clear. Pr bemri ruq no rae. Ab mjy nostril ma b pain hony lg gya. Ma bht zyda depression ma chali gae in sb ko wjh sy. Na inki surgery koi krta. Smj ni arae infection khtm q ni hty

Probably it is atrophic rhinitis , ad to use Vitamin E 400mg twice daily, Ca C with vitamin D 1000 mg once a day, glycerin drops in nose and do nasal wash as we do in wazoo by soda bicarbonate powder mixed with saline water for 3/4 weeks
