posting for third time but cant see my post in my questions section.
My baby had vaccinations than she is crying. we have given her panadol for the temperature. but for vaccination pain please suggest what to do . also can you please suggest a numbing cream which soothes the pain .

some vaccines such as DPT can cause fever and due to fever baby cries so show her to a child specialist if it's so then he proscribes you penadol drop
take appointment
Do icing and continue with panadol, if not settles then go see a Pediatrician

Apply ice and compression
Also do little stretching or gentle exercise of the vaccinated Limb and you can continue giving Panadol Drops as required.
It will settles down in a day or two
