Assalam o Alaikum everyone..I used to have a dry cough only in winter but now it has started in summer too. Used many syrups but it didn't make much difference.. Now with dry cough i often have fever, and weakness as well.. My condition gets better when i use the medicines but when medicines are over the dry cough, fever and physical weakness begans to start again... Can someone please tell me the solution of this problem? i would be very thankful to you

Hello, how are you? Your age, weight at height? The cough problem has been for how many years? What is the nature of this cough - aggravated at morning or night, with sputum/balgham or not? How is your water intake?

i am 21 years old.. the cough problem basically started in 2017 as a normal cold cough... after that it happened every year in winter season... and went away in summer... but now it started in summer too with physical weakness and fever every now and then.. the cough is the dry one

my weight is about 66 kg and height is 5.4 inches and i drink water regularly... the dry cough problem started four years ago.. the usually avaragates at night.. and it gets worsen when i eat yogurt or something of its type

I suggest you first get your complete blood picture test with ESR done, preferably with chest xray!! Since you haven't mentioned balgham so a sputum test isn't needed at this stage. If the ESR is raised or if see a deviation in blood picture we can proceed with tuberculin test. How airy or open is the place you live? Does it get enough sunshine? Any body else around you who has had persistent cough or repetitive chest infections?
