Talk to General Problems on Bedridden Due To Old Age And Weakness

My mom was unconscious from heat and dehydration. She spent two days in the hospital then came home and fell and needed stitches in her head. I live in U.S. and recently was there but since I can't be there full time, I'm looking for a female nurse or a nurse aid. Please help as I feel completely helpless so far away. Looking for someone honest, reliable and kindhearted. We've had plenty of incidences with hired help taking advantage of them and that's made them very hesitant.
