Asking For Father, Male 53, Rawalpindi

my father has a brain tumoe on left side .its 4.0 cm .due to this he is forgetting thing and problem in choosing words during speech.doctors suggested me for his operation .but surgery is a high risk .i am confused what to do .both of the sitution without surgery and with surgery .live saving is on risk .please suggest me what to do??

If the surgery is high risk, brain tumor which is 4.0 cms in size can be treated with radio-surgery ( gamma knife ), the facility is available at Karachi. If gamma knife is also not possible then the tumor can be managed palliatively with Radiotherapy (IMRT),
