Talk to General Problems on Hemiparesis.known TBM

hello everyone. my friend is a known case of Tuberculous Meningtis completed her ATT by feb 2017. now he is having left side hemiparesis and clumsiness. after completion of the therapy, there was one big tuberculoma left in frontal lobe. my question is , who should we consult now? neuro surgeon i guess? so please recommend me the best available dr in pakistan. regards...
