Talk to General Surgeon on Bump Under Leg

Hello Doctor. I need advice regarding a painful skin problem. I have been suffering from intertrigo in the inner thigh/groin fold area, for which I was already receiving treatment from doctor. Since the last 2 days, I have suddenly developed a soft, bump-like swelling in the skin fold beneath the testicles. It is away from the testicle itself. The lump is extremely painful, especially when touched or pressed, and the pain has become severe enough that I am having difficulty moving. I have attached a picture showing the lump. The surrounding skin is also inflamed due to the existing intertrigo, but this particular bump is a new development. Could you please advise what this could be and whether I need to be examined urgently? Also, please let me know what I can take or apply for the pain/inflammation until I see a doctor?
