Talk to Neuro Physician on Burning Pain In 3 Fingers Of Both Hands And Uncomfortable Neck And Upper Back

Aoa. I get burning pain In my hands specifically thumb, 1st 2nd and 3rd finger. Sometimes severe pain and sometimes it's just numbness. I feel constant compression in my neck and shoulder area as well. Pain increases at night time and it became unbearable in winters. My posture also cause the pain and numbness to flare. I have used splinters but they just make my hands arms and face swell. During pain my arms also get stiff as in it seems lack of blood circulation. Kindly lemme know what yo do. Thank you
Loss of sensation in the hands is not caused by lack of blood circulation but is a subjective feeling possible cause may be nerve root compression in the neck. Get a neurologist opinion. After examination he might request an MRI of cervical spine
Could be a Neuropathy (like carpal tunnel) or radiculopathy.
