While doing some work any kind of my hands and legs tremors particularly hands even holding a spoon and putting in the cup it tremors, also cutting a piece of cake with knife my hands tremors in-front of friends and family members. I feel so embarrassed as people makes fun and passing some negative comments

These are most likely Essential tremors. Do you feel such tremors even during rest i.e when you're doing no activity?
But it also hints at Hyperthyroidism, if you have heat intolerance, loose motions, palpitations and weight loss despite good appetite.
Rarely, those who take anti depressant medicines and excessive tea or coffee can also feel such tremors.
