I am male, age 25, unmarried, have been inactive (in sports) for months which led to weight gain from 68 to 74 and lower belly protruding out , now I have started physical training again to revive my fitness....I do 40 mins running and burn 600 calories daily in workout . Goal is to regain weight back to 68 and belly fat loss with muscles strength regain and cardio stamina increase..kindly advice me for proper diet along with workout plan I am following. Jazakallah
