I am male, age 25, unmarried, have been inactive (in sports) for months which led to weight gain from 68 to 74 and lower belly protruding out , now I have started physical training again to revive my fitness....I do 40 mins running and burn 600 calories daily in workout . To reach your goal of 68kg weight while improving strength and stamina, you will need a balanced approach combining diet, resistance training and smart cardio. While being in calorie deficit try maintaining 1.6-2 g pro/ kg body weight, and atleast 50-60g of healthy fats daily. Try sleeping 7-8 hours daily, essential for muscle repair.
