Question

I have severe pain in my shoulder and arm. I visited a physiotherapist earlier and did some exercises, but now the pain has increased and I am unable to move my arm properly. There is no injury. Please guide me on what to do. Whom i should consult now?

Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment, necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis and than management.
Meanwhile you can start following medicine
Ibuprofen 400 mg one tablet twice daily after food
Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in Stomach
Nuberol forte one tablet twice daily if more severe pain.
Keep on moving the shoulder
