Assalam o alaikum.. kindly help me.. my 6 months old baby is falling in 0 percentile.. she has mild delay milestones and on motherfeed.. she was gaining good weight in first 4 months but after having chest infection at 4 months she is having very slow weight gain.. have started solids now.. bw 2.9kg cw 5.6 kg.. should I start formula or anything?

To diagnose we need to know Birth weight then how much her weight was before present Ilness ..And what is her Current weight...Also what do you know about delayed milestone ..Needs Explanation.
