Hi. Keep the area clean and dry.. Avoid cleaning with wipes only. Wash the area, dry n apply zinc oxide paste or sudocrem 3-4 times a day after each wash.. Or apply hydrozole cream to the affected area twice a day for 5 days
Pl keep the area clean and apply Hydrazole cream for 5to7days will be ok
