Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Teething Problem

Asallamalikum. I am asking about my 1 year old son, who turned 1 two days ago. He has not developed any teeth yet. He seemed to start teething at 6 months but still has not shown any teeth, though his gums feel hard. I am concerned because my elder son got his first tooth at 9-10 months. Additionally, he was born prematurely at 34 weeks, and his current weight is 8.5 kg, which I feel is underweight. We have been giving him Vitamin D3 drops occasionally. Please advise.

syp ossobon d 1 tsf daily. for 1 month

Give Syp. Osanat.D 1tsf 12hourly.
Vit.D drops 2drops 12hourly.
Give him Milk, Yogurt, Egg etc.
8.5kilo at one yr is Ok.(weight should be done without clothes,even without pamper)
Normally at one yr the weight is three times of the birth weight.It will be 9kg if birth weight is 3 kg.
You can observe for teething for 3 more months.
If no tooth comes till 15 min, then consult some dentist.
Continue Vit D drops daily as advised by the physician.
