Drainage of pus should be performed using a sterile needle under aseptic precautions. After drainage, apply Fucidin ointment and cover the area with sterile gauze dressing.
Start Syrup Calamox 5 mL for 5 to 10 days, depending on clinical response.
Give Syrup Calpol 5 mL three times a day if there is fever or pain.
go to surgery dept immediatly.this is abcess needs drainage
