1. 3.5 years old child sometimes have retentive behaviour leading to functional constipation. Toilet training is must. Encourage him to sit on toilet seat for 10 min at least especially after breakfast and dinner.
2. encourage oral fluids. water intake to atleast 1.5 litres a day.
3. Reduce milk to only 1 or 2 glass at night.
4. give fiber rich diet , avoid sugary refined foods.
5. give Movcol sachet 1 sachet (1+0+1), Syp Duphalac 1tsf (1+0+1).
