Kbi ek to kbi din me do bar krti h .. Stool bs normal hota h na bht hard na bht soft... Kia ye constipation h agr h to kia kiya jaye iska???
if stool is not very hard then please don't worry. it's most likely due to concentrated milk as water content isn't appropriate in the feeding milk. Do one thing, try to put some more water in the formula milk when making it would solve the problem inshAllah.

Waslam… jee constipation ho skti hai..bache ko normally is age mn 3-4 times stool pass krna chahye,,, is age mn constipation ki common causes colic ya phr hypothyroid ho skta,,, check kra len patient ko examination k bad sahi pta lgega. JazakAllah

There is no home remedy. Just give syp domel 1cc before feeding three times a day for temporary relief
