My daughter is 10 months old. She was born at 31st week weighing 1.5kg. She weighs 6.9kg now, and her head is partially stable. She can't sit without support. She started flipping and a little bit crawlin recently. a neurophysician suggested MRI of her brain. What does her report say? Can any Dr explain I'm attaching the report.

Dr I uploaded her discharge card, is it showing in my post . when she got discharged she was on NG tube feeding(for 3months) wt1.2kg
