Talk to Pediatrician on Diarrhea

My nephew (5 years old) had diarrhea, so the doctors put him on injections. They used a lot of antibiotics and injections. Then he was fine for 4–5 days. Now again, for the past 2 days, he has loose motions and fever. The doctor has prescribed the antibiotic (Prelox) and Flagyl and I am giving them to him, but there is no improvement. so what should i do now?
