Talk to Pediatrician on Ferosoft Drops For 19 Months Old

i haven't gone to doc for this but i believe my baby is anemic or has PICA because he likes to taste lotions, soaps, colognes, perfumes, oils and every other non eatable stuff and doesn't eat food at allllll and due to hunger he doesn't sleep well. I also had PICA during whole pregnancy (used to crave mud and sand). So after a few people's recommendation i started giving him Ferosoft drops (5 drops in morning) and i have seen 5% imporvement in his appetite like he still doesn't eat alot but he sometimes tastes something once and then leave it.
is it ok to continue giving him drops and what should be the dose? and people say iron ruins the baby teeth so what should be the procedure to give it to baby?

Get the CBC and iron profile done. Assuming your child is 19 months old and weight about 11 kg, you need to give 12 drops of Ferosoft daily for total duration of 3 months. Please follow up with your pediatrician for other necessary like lead screening as well. Dr. Raza
