Mera beta almost 1 week sy bimr hy cough gala khrb fever hy din m 2 times nebulise krty hy kafi medcines use kr li anti allergy bhi kr li uski condition improve nhi horhi fever 101-102 range m hota jo panadol sy khtm hojata lakin phir kuch time bad hojata he is teething as well sub kahrhy teething sy bukhr hy but condition kisi trha tu improve ho is not eating or drinking anything other than mother feed and he is too weak too now even stand what should i do?

I think you need to get him checked properly as 1 week of fever not settled its alarming. He needs proper assessment and chest examination plus his dosage needs to be calculated maybe you are not giving proper dosage. 2ndly if hes not eating properly phr dehydration hoskti...plz take him to child specialist
