Whenever fever, put child under water, give paracetamol, if still fever, give ibuprofen alternatively with paracetamol 4 hours apart, don’t go for test yet

It is called febrile fits which is common from age 6 months to 6 years of age. Usually accompanied by family history but not always. It is advisable to consult and do proper investigation before labeling her condition as a febrile fit . Once the cause of infection rule out then you have to be careful about fever, if she start having any signs of infection ( viral or bacterial) you have to give her regular paracetamol and brufen as per the temperature.
