I have a 2 months daughter. She has a pink firable mass on her belly button, I searched it on Google, and I think it is known as an umbilical granuloma. How should I treat it? Is it painful? I am attaching a picture of it. Could you please suggest any medicine or treatment? Is it normal or should I visit the doctor?

it's granuloma. no issue .
just apply silver nitrate with cotton bud.
we call it chemical cautry. it will disappear.
becare full about skin contact it might cause local burn to normal skin. apply once for 3 to 5 days.
