Salam.. meri beti one month ki he usko bht ziyada gas hee .. stomach bhhtt phool giya hee.. doc ne colibid drops diye thy.. aur mene gripe water b diya us se temporary rest aya lekin pait ubhi bhi bht phoola hua he .. marror ki waja se achanak roti should i do now?

don't give gripe baby has colic which is some it's less severe while in others is more will settle down with the passage of time as soon as baby start feeding other than milk

infantile colic is a quite common condition, she will improve as she grows older. you can give her ez- colic drops 2 drops in case of pain and irritability. also laying her on stomach and massaging back is often helpful during the probles doesn't settle, book an appointment
Avoid using gripe water.
kindly tell about her feed? Do you breastfeed her or is she on formula milk?
Exclusive breast feeding(every 2-3hours & whenever the baby cries for feed). Let the baby burp after each feed(bachi ko dikaar zarur dilaein feed k baad)..
